Roundup weed killer is a most recent example, where the firm has represented thousands of individuals who participated in a global $10 billion dollar settlement. We currently represent thousands of women diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer from their use of talcum products (and continue the fight for surviving family members for those who have died.) We are also warriors against medical malpractice—including a grossly negligent birth injury case which the firm settled for nearly $15 million in 2020.
