About Us

Pintas & Mullins is a fast-moving, technology-driven, progressive law firm with more than 100 employees. We represent over 30,000 clients across all 50 states. While we have offices in Chicago and Puerto Rico, we have staff members working from coast to coast.

We focus on the pursuit of justice and compensation for individuals and families against corporations, insurance companies, governments, medical facilities, and all other bad-acting organizations guilty of negligence, abuse, and a careless disregard for people’s lives.

Since we recognize every circumstance is special and every family is different, we build a highly specialized legal team around each of our cases and clients. The proof of success in this approach is our winning record throughout the country. We give each client a carefully and strategically selected powerhouse legal team which works tirelessly to bring justice and compensation to those who have been wronged.

More on Us

Pintas & Mullins represents individuals everywhere--from victims of sexual abuse, to those exposed to toxic environmental waste, to those who have suffered from medical negligence. We fight for:

  • Thousands of families harmed by lead in their water supply, and have recently helped bring about a $600 million global settlement on their behalf
  • People with deadly exposure to asbestos, which can cause Mesothelioma and lung cancer
  • Thousands of men abused by scoutmasters and leaders in Boy Scouts of America troops
  • Victims across the country who have used defective and recalled pharmaceuticals and medical devices
  • Seniors citizens and family members everywhere who have been neglected or abused in nursing homes

Through our dedicated efforts and unique legal team approach, Pintas & Mullins has become one of the largest nursing home firms in the country. In addition, we are a driving legal force in products liability claims. Roundup weed killer is a most recent example, where the firm has represented thousands of individuals who participated in a global $10 billion dollar settlement. We currently represent thousands of women diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer from their use of talcum products (and continue the fight for surviving family members for those who have died.) We are also warriors against medical malpractice—including a grossly negligent birth injury case which the firm settled for nearly $15 million in 2020. These are a few of the major contributions that Pintas & Mullins, and our elite legal teams across the country, have made to the landscape of justice. Each of our cases offers Pintas & Mullins staff members the chance to be part of a fulfilling journey that can provide justice, financial compensation, and peace of mind to our clients--so many of whom come to us as victims without a voice.

The success of the firm requires the efforts of each staff member, top to bottom, from start to finish. Unlike typical law firms, Pintas & Mullins has broken the mold in its dedication to technology, case handling efficiency, and marketing sophistication. The firm has one of the largest case review departments of any law firm, which ensures that people all over the country know they can get help when they need it, 24/7. Our technology department is staffed with eight software engineers, and headed by our Chief Technology Officer, who is a Microsoft MVP and who literally wrote the book on C# and .NET Core. The majority of our marketing team has advanced marketing and communication degrees from such notable institutions as Northwestern University. All have strong analytic skills, experience, and creative mindsets--as well as collaborative personalities—every ingredient needed to make this a marketing “A Team.”

The combination of these efforts has catapulted Pintas & Mullins from its beginnings in 1985 to the forefront of progressive personal injury/mass tort law firms, with growth that more quadrupled since 2018.

Our Brands

Ben Crump Law PLLC

Pintas & Mullins is the operating backbone, chief legal strategist, and worldwide partner of famed attorney Ben Crump, founder of Ben Crump Law PLLC. Long recognized for his pursuit of justice for those desperately in need of a champion, Ben Crump is the lead attorney working on behalf of the family of George Floyd, who was killed by police officers in Minneapolis, and Jacob Taylor, shot and paralyzed by Kenosha police. He was instrumental in securing a $12 million verdict for the family of Breonna Taylor, a victim of a police shooting in Louisville. He has been the driving force behind these and other tragedies to amplify them into a worldwide movement for change. As Ben’s operating partner and strategic lead, we give Ben the structure to pursue justice all over the world. Together, our two are deeply committed to justice for all.

Personalinjury.com

Personalinjury.com is a breakthrough legal service designed to help people in need of a law firm when they’ve suffered a personal injury. Unlike a directory or listing service, PersonalInjury.com gives consumers immediate access to the top firms in the country for their case type—as judged by their colleagues, competitors, and peers in the legal profession. The elite law firms on the site cannot pay to be recommended. Rather, they are selected as the law firms other lawyers themselves would turn to—either personally or professionally.

CaseExchange

CaseExchange is a soon-to-be-launched B2B brand designed to revolutionize how the legal community conducts its business operations. CaseExchange is as a cloud-based standardization and simplification protocol which gives personal injury and mass tort law firms (and their vendors) a way to effortlessly share information whenever they are working together on a case—a common occurrence. It is a tech company that has developed a powerful middleware solution.

Pintas & Mullins Strategic Events

Our event division stages rallies, town halls, community gatherings, and other kinds of conclaves in areas that have been directly hit with environmental and natural disasters, serious transportation accidents, and others types of localized events affecting neighborhoods and municipalities. P&M Strategic Events brings together subject experts, victimized families, and attorneys to advance the community discussion and assist with actions that can be taken against those responsible.
