Environmental
We fight environmental injustice on many fronts, including our recent successful battle against the state of Michigan for the lead-poisoned water of Flint. In Illinois, we’ve fought the polluters of a sterilization facility for their release of dangerous ethylene oxide into the surrounding community. At a variety of sites and military bases around the country, we’re currently fighting for those who have been sickened by the “forever chemicals” which have leached into the groundwater. Environmental disasters disproportionately affect minorities, and we are committed to fighting for anyone harmed by oppressive practices.
Nursing Home Abuse
Millions of our elderly loved ones live in nursing homes and other care facilities. Unfortunately, thousands face abuse and neglect every day. Our firm was created to help people in need and those who cannot fight for themselves. We continually work to get justice for these often-helpless victims, and strive through the large settlements and verdicts we win against bad-acting nursing homes to get them to end their horrific practices so future families will not suffer. We are proud members of the Alzheimer’s Workplace Alliance, a group of nearly 2,000 organizations committed to fighting Alzheimer’s and raising awareness for the disease, which affects many in the nursing home population.
Ovarian Cancer
When you use a product for your own or your children’s care and hygiene, you expect it to be safe. Unfortunately, too many products on the market are dangerous. Talcum powder, as one example, has been linked to ovarian cancer in women for decades. We offer compassionate representation for those women harmed by reckless corporations like Johnson & Johnson, in addition to all others who have been sickened or felled by toxic products.
